Return Policy



Any item(s) purchased from Central Piedmont Inc. on the PatioPVC.com website that arrive in damaged, or otherwise unusable condition, will be replaced free of charge by Central Piedmont, Inc. and/or the manufacturer of such item in an expeditious and timely manner.

Product received in damaged condition will be replaced immediately upon notification to Central Piedmont, Inc. either by phone or email to cpinc@bellsouth.net. Only if damaged product received by customer is Out of Stock, or otherwise not available for replacement, will credit be issued instead of replacement product. Notification of damage must be received within three days of receipt of order.

The customer may elect to return an item(s) purchased from Central Piedmont, Inc. at the PatioPVC.com website at his or her discretion, and for any reason. The following provisions will apply to any such return.

  • Customer must first obtain a Return Authorization number from Central Piedmont, Inc.
  • Item(s) must be returned in original factory packaging
  • Item(s) must be in saleable condition
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to transaction (both directions)
  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged to the customer for the return
  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of original ship date

Special Order and Custom Made items cannot be returned.
